I came to yoga through my own experience of chronic pain and stress.
What began as a search for relief became a profound journey inward—on and off my mat.
I discovered peace, space, and a deeper connection to both my body and mind.
Today, as a yoga teacher, I'm passionate about guiding others toward that same sense of ease and awareness.
Whether we're working together one-on-one to tune into your body's unique cues and build a meaningful personal practice, or flowing together in a group class, my aim is to help you explore the grounding and presence we can create—within ourselves and alongside one another.
